Test Equipment Direct is an online shop for test and measurement instruments. We built it so that anyone can find the right test instruments in one place without any of the silly hassle. We created this store because we had a bunch of experiences where we bought test equipment from stores who had outdated information or were just really poor in their delivery and service and even portraying the products on their site. We want to be as clear and honourable as possible in our listings and want to make sure that customers buy our products once they've received the full picture.
We do not manufacture anything. We source everything as an authorised dealer from our notable manufacturers and brands. What this basically means is that every instrument arrives as a genuine factory unit with its documentation. This allows us to upload many products onto our site and not be limited to just a few different brands, which gives customers as many options as they want and freedom.
We are a small net group with only a few different employees. We want to keep the catalogue decently small and make it specific to our customer base and what we hear that our customers want. We want to make this a pleasant experience for all of our customers and we'll try our best to do so.
