Shipping is free across the United States. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within 7 to 10 business days depending on the carrier.
Can I return an instrument if it is not the right fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, and there is no restocking fee. See the full refund policy for the details.
Are the instruments genuine?
Every instrument ships as a genuine factory unit with its original documentation. We do not deal in cloned, gray-market or reboxed equipment.
Do instruments arrive calibrated, and are they supported after purchase?
Units ship in factory condition with whatever calibration documentation the manufacturer includes. You keep the manufacturer support that comes with buying genuine, and any issue on our end is covered by the 30 day return window.
